William G. Palmini, Jr. recently retired as Chief of the Department of Public Safety at Norte Dame de Namur (Belmont, California. He is a former Chief of UC Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco. His career in law enforcement has been a colorful one. He was the only police officer known to impersonate Elvis Presley as part of his police work, which was funded by a federal grant in a successful San Francisco 9 Bay Are Counties teen driver program.
