Do Customized Nutrition Plans Actually Make a Diff

I’ve been lifting for about a year now and making decent progress, but I can tell my diet is holding me back. I’ve always just “eyeballed” my meals and tried to eat healthy, but I know that’s not enough if I want to see real changes.

I’m considering signing up for a coach or program that offers customized nutrition plans. The idea of having meals tailored to my body type, goals, and activity level sounds great, but I don’t want to waste money if it’s just generic advice dressed up.

Has anyone here worked with a nutrition coach or used an app that actually personalizes things? Did you see better results compared to just following a standard diet like keto, paleo, etc.?
