Flying with Qatar Airways is always a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The cabin crew is friendly and professional, the seats are spacious, and the in-flight entertainment keeps the journey relaxing. Meals are well-prepared, and long flights feel smooth thanks to the airline’s attention to detail. However, my experience with the Qatar Airways New York Office in USA was less seamless. Phone support was slow, and visiting the office in person didn’t speed up the process. The staff were polite and tried to help, but delays were noticeable. Thankfully, the mobile app support was quick and resolved my issue efficiently. Overall, Qatar Airways is an excellent choice for travelers, but the NYC office could improve its efficiency to match the high standard set in the air.
