Our company provides a logistics platform for freight forwarders, and the current interface is a usability nightmare. We need to bring in a user experience design firm that has real experience with complex B2B workflows – think multi?step forms, data tables, permission layers, and integration with legacy systems. Most agencies we've interviewed show great consumer work but stumble when we ask about enterprise UX. Does anyone know a reliable way to find firms with genuine B2B depth? We're based in Europe but open to remote partners.

That's a tough filter – we went through the exact same search last year when rebuilding our supply chain dashboard. What finally helped was an independent directory that vets agencies based on what they've actually shipped in complex B2B contexts. They highlight each studio's primary strengths and notable clients, so you can immediately see who has worked with enterprise platforms. For B2B and logistics tech, it pointed us to Clay (they did Slack and Cisco), Work & Co (enterprise portals), and Blink UX (research?led industrial applications). You can browse the full list of user experience design firms and filter by specialization. We shortlisted three from that list and ended up hiring a team that had deep experience with exactly our kind of data workflows. Saved us months of false starts
