First, to lock touchscreen on Chromebook, you need to turn on debugging shortcuts. Simply launch Chrome, and in the address bar, type chrome://flags/#ash-debug-shortcuts. Then, change the Debugging keyboard shortcuts to Enabled. Your Chromebook will need to be restarted before the change takes effect. Once the system restarts, you can press Search + Shift + T to disable and lock the touchscreen, which is useful if you want to prevent accidental taps while still being able to use the keyboard and trackpad. You can reverse the action and enable touch input again by pressing the same key combination.
